Annual General Body Meeting of Sri Subrahmanya Sahakara Sangha ( R ). During 2018-19 Sangha achived 21.53% growth in deposits over previous year, reaching a sum of Rs.69.60 crores as on 31.03.2019. The growth under loans and advances were 34.16% and has crossed Rs.62.00 crores as on 31.03.2019 With a net profit of Rs 58.95 lakhs.

Shree Subrahmanya Sabha was established around 111 years ago, in 1908 at remote village called Kadaba, South Kanara District. The organization was established with a main objective to encourage education among the youth, as during that time, education to younger generation was a hard task because of all round poverty of most of the families.
Shree Subrahmanya Sabha, in addition to its main objective, taken initiative to provide developmental activities to its members, bringing them together under one roof for various activities like poojas, upakarma, get together etc., Sabha was also intended to bring uniform cultural behavior among Sthanika Brahmanis.
The spacious community hall of the Sabha constructed on the occasion of its Centenary, in memory of Late Sri. Kudpi Bhujanga Rao with facilities for cooking food & dining, is being used extensively by its members for their family functions. It is also used for various cultural and religious purposes. The hall is located in the heart of the city is being used by general public also.
